Morrisville Borough Police Reports – Aug. 18 to Sept 7. 2026
Arrest/Warrant-08/26/26 @0714-Michael Grainger, age 39, had a warrant issued for his arrest for home improvement fraud and other related charges from an incident that occurred between 1/1/24-6/19/24.
Theft from Auto-08/31/26 @0925-Victim reported that sometime between 2300 hours on 8/30/26 and 0400 hours on 8/31/26, someone entered his vehicle, which was parked on the unit block of Park Ave., and stole approximately $5.00 worth of loose change.
Arrest/DUI-09/03/26 @1014-Tiffany Aspasia Jones, age 44, was arrested for DUI in the area of S. Delmorr Ave. and E. Bridge St. and had an arrest warrant out of the Lower Makefield Police Department.
Fraud-09/03/26 @1228-Victim reported paying $4200 for rent in the 400 Block of W. Bridge St. Victim found out the home needs multiple repairs and does not have proper Boro permits. Victim was told he would receive his money back and still has not received the money as of yet.
Arrest/Warrant-09/04/26 @1731-Joseph Zolezzi, age 44, had a warrant issued for his arrest for RSP and other related charges from an incident that occurred at 7-11.
Criminal Trespass/Criminal Mischief-09/04/26 @0735-Victim reported two males operating a white van pulled up to the back of Yardley Distillery, cut the lock on the gate, entered the gated area, and checked the cooking oil. The males then fled in the white van. Ongoing investigation.
Attempted Vehicle Theft-09/06/26 @1149-Victim reported his vehicle, which was parked in the 500 Block of Wilk Dr., was broken into overnight and the ignition was tampered with. Nothing was stolen. Estimated damage to vehicle is $2500.
Theft from Vehicle-09/06/26 @1434-Victim reported his vehicle, which was parked in the 100 Block of Center St., was entered and $1700 worth of tools were stolen. The home’s security captures a B/M wearing a black shirt and shorts with red pants underneath, entering the vehicle.
Arrest/Warrant-09/07/26 @1925-Devon O. Gurganus, age 39, was issued a summons for an incident that occurred on 8/30/26. He was involved in a traffic accident that caused damage and left the scene without providing proper vehicle information or contacting the police.
Arrest/Poss of Controlled Subs.-08/18/26 @1439-Rahshaun Burton, age 46, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and other related charges after an incident that occurred at Giant Food store. Burton was also wanted out of Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. Burton was processed and arraigned. Constables transported Burton to BCP, where he will await extradition.
Theft of Vehicle-08/20/26 @0547-Victim reported that sometime overnight in the 600 block of Lincoln Ave., his Ford Ecoline was stolen.
Theft from Auto-08/22/26 @1106- A victim reported that sometime this morning, multiple electronic items were stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at Robert Morris Apartments. The stolen items are estimated to have a total value of approximately $2,500.
Arrest/Poss. Of Drug Paraph.-08/23/26 @1416-Jeffrey Doney, age 37, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass for an incident that occurred at 7-11. Doney had an active warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. He was processed and picked up by the Sheriff’s Department.
