Identity Theft – 200 block of Greenview Rd. reported at 8:44 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened a Chime account using their information.

Retail Theft – 100 block of Oxford Valley Rd. at CVS reported at 2:20 p.m. Manager reported three unknown males entered the store. One male distracted the cashier while the other two males removed $172.90 worth of Red Bull and body wash. They fled in a gray Mitsubishi SUV with PA tags. Investigation ongoing.

Credit Card Fraud – 1200 block of Greenhill Rd. reported at 11:42 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $2,815.75.

Retail Thefts:
1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 12:50 p.m. Loss Prevention reported an unknown person(s) stole a pair of sweatpants valued at $55.00 after committing a theft at Kohl’s in Bensalem on the same date. Investigation ongoing.
700 block of Stony Hill Rd. at Giant reported at 1:56 p.m. Falls Township Police requested LMT officers respond to the location to check for a subject that had committed a retail theft at Best Buy in their jurisdiction. LMT officers observed the suspect walking out to his vehicle, and they also observed the stolen merchandise in the bed of his truck. He was detained and turned over to Falls Township officers.
900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 6:37 p.m. Loss Prevention reported an unknown male walked past all points of service with a cart full of merchandise. When confronted, he stated he was going to call an attorney and left the store without the cart.
Identity Theft – 1400 block of Yardley-Morrisville Rd. reported at 3:05 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) attempted to get their employer to change their direct deposit to a different bank account.
Theft– 900 block of Antique Alley at LaGrange reported at 5:55 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) stole their phone on 9/12 between 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Theft From Vehicle – 5700 block of Spruce Mill Dr. reported at 5:27 p.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the locked vehicle and removed $30.00 USC and their debit and credit cards.

Drug Arrest – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 11:27 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of a 26 year old male passenger from Trenton, NJ for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Ecstasy and Adderall, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Charges to be filed.

Credit Card Fraud – 1100 block of Roelofs Rd. reported at 1:30 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card.
Disorderly Conduct – 600 block of Heacock Rd. at McCaffrey’s reported at 5:15 p.m. Police responded to the report of a vehicle with two subjects smoking Marijuana. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 22 year old male driver and 20 year old female passenger from Trenton, NJ to be cited for Disorderly Conduct.
