Update: Mother, Daughter found safely in Philly
Bensalem Township Police and the family of Bridget and Danielle Hennigan received numerous tips regarding sightings of their loved ones. Many of them were centered around JFK Boulevard in Philadelphia.
The family went to the area of 21st and JFK Boulevard to help with the search. While looking in an area of bushes, family members located Bridget and Danielle. Both had minor injuries to their feet from walking barefoot through Philadelphia since last evening. They were taken to Lower Bucks Hospital for evaluation and treatment and will return home with their family once that is complete. The Bensalem Township Police Department and the Hennigan family would like to thank the public for sharing these posts on social media and providing tips that led to them locating Bridget and Danielle. The power of social media and news media brought this incident to a happy conclusion.

Bensalem Police are actively searching for a mother and daughter with challenges after the vehicle they were in was located Saturday morning
According to police, Daniel Hennigan filed a missing persons report for his wife, Bridget and his and his daughter Danielle. He told police he hadn’t seen them since Friday, 9 pm. Each of the missing women live with mental health related challenges he told police.
They were last seen in Bridget’s 2011 Volkswagen Jetta bearing PA registration HZB-0565 he said
Earlier today, the 2011 White Jetta was located by Philadelphia Police unoccupied, investigators said in the area of in the 26th district near the intersection of Girard Avenue and 2nd Street.

Bridget is described as a white female, 5’2″, 220 lbs. with blonde hair and brown eyes. Danielle is 5’6″, 260 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes. Clothing description unknown.
