The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced last week Digital Message Sign (DMS) installations and other construction activities will be performed at night this on Interstate 95 and Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) in Lower Bucks County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, October 2, through Friday, October 6, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a left lane closure will be in place on southbound I-95 just after the Route 132 (Street Road) Interchange in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, for boring operations;
- Monday, October 2, through Friday, October 6, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a left lane closure will be in place on southbound I-95 between the Mill Road underpass and Tennis Avenue overpass in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, for DMS installation;
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
