Wawa is turning 60, and it will celebrate the anniversary by offering free coffee on Tuesday at all of its locations.
Tuesday, April 16 is Wawa Day, and this year the company is marking its 60th anniversary as a retail food and beverage retailer.
As part of its celebration, Wawa is offering customers free hot coffee of any size at all of its locations today.
All Wawa stores across the country will also select a customer to be recognized as a “Day Brightener.”
Wawa expects to give away nearly 1.5 million free cups of any-size hot coffee to customers across all locations. Coffee cups will have special decorations and feature special 60-cent promotions for the entire day.
Wawa stores in all areas will feature vintage decor, cups, hoagie paper and offer special tumblers for sale. Customers can also get special 60-cent promotions, including a special 60-cent birthday cake donut, as well as teas, juices, and lemonade, company officials said.
