Four men were arrested with two more wanted as a multiagency multijurisdictional drug trafficking investigation led by Bucks County detectives crippled the
Matthew Byrne, 43, of Broomall, Montgomery County; Joseph Byrne, 47, of Bristol Township’s Levittown section; Khalik Kemp, 34, of Philadelphia; Chaz Brandon Russel Harness-Walker, 40, of Inglewood, California; Ralph Brooks, 42, of Los Angeles; and Christian Garwood, 55, of Flourtown, Montgomery County, allegedly worked together shipping cocaine and methamphetamine cross country.
District Attorney Jennifer Schorn will be joined by officials with Homeland Security Investigations and the Attorney General’s Office in a Wednesdays afternoon press conference from the Justice Center in Doylestown at 2 p.m. spokesman Manuel Gamiz said Tuesday.
In advance of today’s press conference which will go over the details of the investigation Lower Bucks Source is posting the 49 page investigational court filing with the probable causes filed against four of six men arrested so far by authorities for publics viewing and edification.
Information on the status of Brandon and Harness-Walker, both of California remains unclear as of press time.
District Judge Terry Hughes preliminarily arraigned four of the defendants: Garwood was on 10 percent of $1 million bail, Matthew Byrne held on 10 percent of $5 million bail; Joseph Byrne was held on 10 percent of $3 million bail; Kemp was held on 10 percent of $3 million bail.
