Pedro E. Rodriguez surrendered to authorities earlier this afternoon, Spokesmen Manuel Gamiz, from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said moments ago.
Rodriguez was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. Kronnagel and was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility under $5 million bail, Gamiz said.
In addition to attempted homicide, Rodriguez is charged with two counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault, one count each of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and possession of an instrument of crime, and 17 counts of recklessly endangering another person, court records show.

Morrisville Borough Police and the Bucks County District Attorney’s office announced Thursday afternoon they have identified one suspect and are seeking information on a second person in a shooting that has left a 28-year-old man hospitalized suffering four gun shot wounds.
An arrest warrant was later filed for Pedro E. Rodriguez, 27, of Trenton, N.J., charging him with attempted homicide and related charges. Rodriguez and another man fled after the shooting in a Lexus SUV heading north on Route 1 into Trenton, authorities said moments ago.
According to Bucks County Detectives and Morrisville Borough Police, the shooting happened at the Border Gentlemen’s Club, 440 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Police located a 28-year-old victim who had been shot in the back of the head, left thigh, and under both armpits.

Detectives learned that an altercation occurred at the doorway of the establishment. The victim was an innocent bystander who attempted to assist the staff when he was shot. He did not know the shooter. At the time of the incident, 17 patrons/employees were inside of the establishment, police said.
The victim remains in critical condition at an area hospital, police said.

A man was shot in the head at a Morrisville club early Thursday morning.
According to multiple sources, police were dispatched to “The Border” club just after 1:10 a.m. finding a man with a gunshot wound to the head.
The injured man was rushed to an area hospital in “serious condition,” sources said Thursday morning.
Commenters on a Morrisville social media page said the club just “reopened,” adding police were still on the scene as of 5 a.m.
No arrests were filed by Morrisville Borough Police related to a shooting incident overnight, according to online court records.
An e-mail to Morrisville Chief of Police, Rich Ciampa was not immediately returned as of 8:15 a.m.
