Day Drinking Levittown Threatens Victim with Knife, is Caught on Video

A Levittown man who was drinking all day finds himself maybe he should cut back on the day-drinking a little after he threatened to “cut your  f***ing face off on video

Bristol Township Police were dispatched to Green Lynne Drive in Levittown around 4:30 p.m for a domestic incident in progress.

Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim, who said William Joerger 44 , had been drinking all day and a verbal argument had occurred when she returned home from work, alleging he threatened her with a knife by threatening her with a large kitchen knife.

The victim provided police with video footage of the incident where it shows the victim and Joerger verbally arguing across the kitchen with a dog gate separating them, police said in court papers.  During the argument, the Joerger is seen to move a dog gate blocking his path, and walk across the kitchen towards a corner drawer. He opens the drawer and under his breathe says “give me the biggest f**king knife”. He then raises then seen knife out of the drawer points it towards the victim and say “I will f**king cut your face off,” the probable cause alleges . 

Joerger was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment by threatening. Bail was set at 10 percent of $75,000 which was posted the following day by a professional bondsman. He is scheduled for a court appearance Nov 20 at Levittown District Court.
