A trio of young women from Chester County were arrested and charged recently for breaking into a former friend’s home and attacking her and her mother last month in what amounted to an all-out assault over clothes left behind from the summer.

On Saturday, November 23, police were dispatched to Roundabout Lane, in Levittown for an assault that had just occurred. The suspects fled in a white SUV towards Edgely Rd. An officer arrived on scene and spoke with the victim and her mother outside the residence. Both were shaken up and visibly upset.

The victim told police she had just been assaulted by her ex-friend, a woman, and two other females. She said that Aaliyah Brandon showed up to the residence unannounced and uninvited to retrieve belongings left at the residence since August of 2024. The victim’s mother said she heard a knock at the side door and Brandon was standing there. Brandon then began making her way inside the home and was advised multiple times to “wait”. Brandon said she was there to gather belongings when the victim’s mother asked what she was doing there. Brandon then continued inside the home, made her way into the kitchen and again was told to “stop”. Brandon entered the bedroom where the victim was and immediately stated “you wanna fight?, you wanna fight, come outside”, which was ignored. The victim then removed herself from the situation and went into the family room. Brandon then came out of the bedroom with three bags, and again stated to the victim “I wanna fight” to which she was ignored again, police wrote in court papers.

Brandon then exited the side door, but left it open enough for the dog to get out. The victim went outside to retrieve the dog, and observed two other young women, Terroyonna White, and Ayriana Pooler, standing on the property recording with their phones, obviously knowing an assault would occur, police said.

Upon further investigation, the officer was advised Brandon and the victim were texting earlier in the week and the victim told Brandon she was leaving her belongings outside the residence, due to her not being comfortable with her coming inside. Brandon responded with “if I come up there, it’s your ass,” showing the intention of Brandon wanting to assault the victim. She then blocked Brandon’s phone number and had no idea if or when Brandon would show up at the residence, according to court papers.

The victim said she was in the front yard by the side door calling for the dog to come back inside. She heard White and Pooler yelling “Fight her, come on fight her”. Brandon then charged at the victim, begins to punch and hit her in the head, face and body. The victim attempted to defend herself, but the two ended up on the ground. The victim began to cover her head with her arms to protect herself. At that point, a witness attempted to break up the fight by attempting to get Brandon off the victim.

White and Pooler observed this and then jumped into the fight and also began assaulting the prone victim all over her body by hitting and punching her. Once she freed herself , she ran inside the home with the witness and her mother. The victim’s mother was holding the door shut to keep the trio of suspects from getting in, while trying to call the police at the same time. The door was then forced open by Brandon, White, and Pooler. White then slapped the mother’s face, which allowed the three to make their way into the home and continue to assault the victim.

The witness, who tried to break up the fight, was attempting to get White off the victim who was on the ground and being dragged throughout the kitchen by her hair. The witness had his back to Brandon and Pooler at the same time, attempting to push them back outside of the residence. The mother was again attempting to call the police which then made the trio of alleged attackers flee the property, police said in court papers.

Through the investigation, police were provided a license plate and registration info for the white SUV.  The registration returned with negative results and then investigators utilized VIPR, which is an universal license plate reader. A check of the registration returned on the white Honda CRV with that temporary registration, police said.

The officer had a hit on the vehicle at Buck 11 at 5:35 p.m. on Bristol Pike South, and Green Lane heading onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike, which is how the suspect would get home, due to living in Chester County. The assault occurred at 5:30 p.m.

The victim sustained injuries to her left middle finger, causing the nail to be ripped off and a gash to the finger. She also sustained injuries to the right side of her torso, back area which had a large bruise and imprint on her body, and lastly superficial lacerations to the top of her forehead and scalp area, according to court records.

The trio were charged with felony burglary and trespass plus multiple counts of assault and related offenses.  All three were arraigned and released on unsecured bail scheduled to appear in court on January 14, 2025 to answer the charges.
