A nine-year-old girl revealed to a counselor during a session that her aunt’s boyfriend exposed himself, masturbated in front of her and asked if she wanted to touch his penis.
According to court records, Bristol Township Police were forwarded a Childline referral last January which included information of a nine-year-old female victim who at a counseling session revealed her aunt’s adult boyfriend, later identified as Albert Jimenez, 46 , exposed himself to her while at a Levittown home.
The victim explained that Jimenez showed his penis to her and asked her to play with it, the probable cause alleges.
Following this disclosure, a child abuse forensic interview was conducted, on February 7, 2024 at the Child Advocacy Center in Fairless Hills, to get a better understanding of the events that occurred at the home.
The victim said, on one occasion when she was eight-years-old, she was in her aunt’s room and was seated on the bed. Jimenez walked into the room and shut the door. Police subsequently identified the address where this occurred to be on Red Maple Lane in Levittown, located in Bristol Township. She explained Jimenez was facing her when he pulled down his shorts and underwear, pulled out his penis and asked if she wanted to touch it.
She described Jimenez’s penis as having a ring piercing on it, specifically on the underside of his penis. She described the ring to look like outer space, explaining it to be the colors of purple, black and blue. She said Jimenez was playing with his penis and had his hand on it. The nine-year-old victim demonstrated, for the forensic interviewer, Jimenez’s movements -a back-and-forth motion, the probable cause alleges.
Investigators believed the child was demonstrating Jimenez masturbating, court records show.
After Jimenez asked if she wanted to touch it, she responded “no.” Jimenez pulled up his pants, and both she and Jimenez left the room, said police.
Police obtained a search warrant for Jimenez’s body, specifically his groin area to see if he had a piercing on his penis. On July 16, 2024, Jimenez agreed to come in for an interview, on the same day the search warrant was executed. Prior to serving the search warrant, Jimenez did say he previously had a piercing on his penis but he had already removed it. During the execution of the search warrant, it was clear Albert previously had a piercing due to scar tissue on the underside of the penis.
On-Call Judge Kevin Wagner arraigned Jimenez on charges of felony corruption of minors, and one count each of misdemeanor of indecent assault and indecent exposure. Wagner set Jimenez’s bail at 10 percent of $1 million remanding him to Bucks County Correctional Facility with a January 7, 2025 preliminary hearing currently scheduled.
