Parole Agent Discovers Pre-Packaged Crack in Levittown Man’s Apt During Home Visit

A Bristol Township man under the supervision of state authorities met with his parole officer last week for a urine drug screening and allegedly had, in plain view, copious amounts of crack cocaine in his bedroom.

According to authorities, a Pennsylvania State Parole officer reported finding pre-packaged crack cocaine inside numerous plastic vials, while at a residence on the 5400 block of Mitchell Road, in the township’s Levittown section last week. State Parole officials went to the residence to conduct a drug screening urinalysis on suspect Jimmy Wilson Jr., 52. It was reported that the crack cocaine was located in plain view inside a bedroom belonging to Wilson. State Parole Agent Templeton also observed in plain view a large amount of new-unused plastic vials in the kitchen.

A warrant to search the residence was issued and served on the residence. Inside the bedroom belonging to Wilson, additional vials of crack cocaine were recovered, along with a bulk amount of marijuana. The vials containing crack cocaine found in Wilson’s bedroom were identical to the new / unused vials found in the kitchen, the criminal complaint alleges.

Glassware in the kitchen was found to have a white powder residue. This is common in manufacturing crack cocaine. In the kitchen cabinet, inside of a clear plastic sandwich bag, secreted inside of a red plastic cup, a quantity of white powder substance was recovered. This powder is consistent with cocaine. Inside a bag on the residence couch, a digital scale, and a metal spoon were recovered. Both items were found to contain a white powder residue, authorities wrote in court papers.

District Judge Kevin P. Wagner arraigned Wilson last Wednesday on one felony count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to distribute and three drug-related misdemeanor offenses setting March 26 as his next court date. Wilson was remanded to Bucks County Jail but was released about two days later subsequent to his bail being reduced by a county judge.
