Bristol Twp. Police Investigate Gunfire Incidents

Bristol Township Police are investigating “shots fired” incidents at two separate locations Saturday night/early Sunday in the area of Beaver Dam Road.

Sgt. Jason Mancuso said on March 15 at approx. 1045 p.m., Bristol Twp. Police units responded to a 911 call in the area of Marie Lowe Drive. Police, upon arrival, confirmed shots were fired. A short time later a second gunfire incident occurred at Beaver Dam and Lakeland. Police confirmed shots were also fired at that location.

Police taped off an area from Lakeland Ave to Ashby Avenue with Beaver Dam Road running adjacent to it. Lower Bucks Source’s Joe Nelson observed officers walking through what appeared to be a field, looking for evidence, such as shells and casings at 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

There were no reported injuries from either incident, Mancuso said, and the investigation is ongoing at this time. Anyone with information about either incident is asked to notify the department.
