Silver Lake Nature Center – Global Big Day – Annual Bird Count
Silver Lake Nature Center (SLNC) is participating in eBird’s “Global Big Day” Citizen Science Event!
The SLNC Team will be led by amazing Birder-Naturalist, Robert Mercer! If you’d like to take part in all or part of this awesome opportunity to go Birding with Bob and to contribute to this important Citizen Science Project, please click here and then scroll down on that page to register. This action-packed, educational day is free to participants, but registration is required so that we may coordinate when/where you will be meeting us.
The event will be starting in Delhaas Woods at 5:30am, then onto the SLNC Trails about 7:30am. Will do a car-caravan to Neshaminy State Park as well as special wetlands near the Dow property, along the DE River in Bristol Borough, and (time permitting) Croydon Woods!
