Center City Section of Market Street Westbound Closed 24/7 for Construction Until November

PennDOT recently announced the City of Philadelphia will be performing utility and roadway construction on Market Street in Center City Philadelphia.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

Local access will be maintained. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

The City of Philadelphia will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
