Philly Couple Accused of Sexually Assaulting Teen at Bensalem Hotel Last Year, Say Cops

A Philadelphia couple is accused of sexually assaulting a 17 year-old girl at a Bensalem hotel this past May in which the victim became an unwitting player in an apparent threesome sex fantasy the couple wanted to live out.
In May of 2025, Bensalem Township Police launched an investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a a 17-year-oid female victim. The victim told detectives she has known Tiffany Gilliam and her husband, Roland Barbour for several years, as they were her friend’s parents. She explained that their daughter is the same age as she is and she referred to Gilliam and Barbour as aunt and uncle.
She told police on the morning of April 2, 2025, Barbour picked her up from her residence in Philadelphia in his black Jeep SUV. She added that while driving Barbour received a phone call from Gilliam. The victim said that during the conversation, Gilliam made a sexual comment to Barbour, which made her uncomfortable and she become scared. The teen aged victim said at this time, Barbour provided her with marijuana to smoke in the vehicle as he continued to drive.

The victim said they arrived at the Inn of the Dove located at 3901 Old Street Road Bensalem.
The hotel brands itself as a romantic getaway for consenting couples, according to its website.
She said when they entered the room, Gilliam was already inside. The teen stated both Gilliam and Barbour then provided her with more weed to smoke and alcohol to drink, investigators said in court records.
According to the victim, Gilliam took off her clothes, entered the hot tub and would touch her vagina herself using her own fingers and a sex toy while Barbour would be pleasuring himself by touching his penis.
The victim told investigators she was clothed and sitting on the edge of the hot tub when Gillam allegedly began taking the adolescent’s clothes off. Gilliam then told her to get into the hot tub and Gilliam pulled her closer. Gilliam then placed the youth’s hand over the sex toy and moved the toy onto Gilliam’s vagina. The victim said Gilliam continued to do this while kissing the teen’s neck and Barbour would also participate and place the sex toy on the teen’s vagina while she was in the hot tub.
She alleged the couple would take turns placing the sex toy on her vagina.
The 17-year-old said Gilliam then told her that if she performed sex acts on Barbour she would pay the teen.
Gilliam then called Barbour over to take the teen because she was scared. The teen added that Gilliam then told Barbour, “come over here and eat her p****.”
The victim stated she told Barbour not to touch her but he didn’t not listen. She added, she felt outnumbered and scared.
The victim told investigators Barbour had always wanted to do this to her, then placed her on the bed and began performing oral sex on her. She stated she used a pillow to cover her face while he was assaulting her and that Gilliam was next to the teen and attempted to remove the pillow. The adolescent stated Barbour then began having intercourse with her without a condom, police said in court records.
The 17-year-old said Barbour eventually stopped having sex with her and Gilliam then sat on the bed with her legs open and forced the teen to sit on top of her. She said Gilliam wanted to have both of their vaginal areas on top of each other.
She also said that Gilliam eventually stopped and the couple then began having intercourse with one another.
The victim said once the couple finished having sex, she asked to be taken home and Barbour agreed. He then drove her back to her residence, according to the criminal complaint.
37 year -old Gilliam was arrested and jailed on Jan 19 multiple rape counts and related offenses. She spent about two days at Bucks County Correctional and after a an approved bail reduction request she was released after posting $10,000.00. She is represented by Parlow & Lang, LLC according to online court records
Barbour was taken into custody and arraigned early Thursday on four rape counts and related offenses. He was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent $ 1 million dollar bail. As of publication time, he has no attorney of record listed according to online court records as of publication time.
Both suspects have Feb 19 court dates scheduled to answer to said charges.

Cops: Motorist Driving “Erratically” on Street Rd Arrested for Fleeing, DUI
A early morning Tuesday fire in Bensalem took the life of one woman and firefighters were able to rescue a man, community sources told Lower Bucks Source.
Bensalem fire companies were dispatched for the reports of a dwelling fire in the 2900 of Bellview Drive at around 2:45 a.m with possible entrapment.
Police officers on scene reported two residents were unaccounted for and believed to be inside. Fire crews initiated an aggressive quick search and attack of the fire, where a male was immediately located by the doorway, Bensalem Volunteer Fire Department, officials said.
The woman killed in the fire was located shortly thereafter, fire officials said.
Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke and flames coming from the home, officials said.
An on scene witness said they saw a man was taken to the hospital by Bensalem EMS. His condition is unknown as of publication time.
The identity of the woman killed in the blaze has not been released
The fire caused the closure of Bellview Dr, from Morrow Drive to the entrance of Faust Elementary for several hours.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation of the fire marshal’s office.
“The thoughts and prayers of our entire department go out to the family and friends of those affected by this tragedy. It’s a sad day for our Nottingham Village families” said Bensalem Volunteer Fire Dept officials.
