An “armed and dangerous” Yardley man, Bensalem Police say, is now in custody after close to four months of being on the run.  

William Riddle 22,was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Prison on charges of aggravated assault, prohibited possession of a firearm, as well as misdemeanor offenses of simple assault, possessing an instrument of crime, recklessly endangerment  and disorderly conduct. 

His bail was set at $1 million by District Justice Michael W. Gallagher. 

According to police, Riddle fired his gun at another moving vehicle driving in the parking lot area of the Epicor Center in the early evening of April 26.

The victim fled in a black BMW out of the lower parking lot and driving to the upper parking lot area while Riddle pursued him. Court documents allege Riddle pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun firing it at the victim’s vehicle.

A spent silver 9mm casing was collected by investigators  in the parking lot, according to court records.

Riddle, pleaded guilty for the aggravated assault of a Philadelphia high school senior  in 2017 , can not own or  possess  a firearm, according to a report in the Northeast Times

Riddle’s preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for July 1.
