Bristol Borough Police Seek Help with ID of Bristol Park Sneaker Robber Accomplice



Bristol Borough Police are seeking the public’s help with identifying an accomplice in a robbery last month.
Police released photos of the suspected accomplice Tuesday afternoon asking the public for help in identifying the unknown subject.
Anyone recognizing the suspect pictured is asked to contact Officer Elifa Soto at 215-788-7813 ext 2421.
The robbery, police said, occurred Wednesday January 16th at approximately 12:23 pm, in the parking lot of Commerce Circle off of Route 13.The victim reported he had made arrangements to sell sneakers by using the “Offer Up” app.
Upon making the transaction, the victim realized that he was being paid with counterfeit currency and confronted the two men he was transacting with, who in turn pulled a handgun on the victim, a press release said.
The suspects fled the area, operating a gray 2014 Chevy Impala, Borough Police said.
Police described the two suspects as follows; the man brandishing the firearm, is described as a black male in his late twenties, 5′- 8″, slim build, short hair cut with some facial hair. He was wearing glasses and a black and red hoodie.
The second suspect was described as a black male in his late twenties, 5′-8″, thin build, short hair and a gap between his teeth.
