Updated: Dead Body Found in Bensalem Dumpster was “OD” Family says

The man found dead in Bensalem by trash removal employees, was due to an overdose, a family posted to social media on Sunday.
The death which occurred last week, was reported when an employee of local garbage removal company discovered the body, “behind the dumpster” and not it in it, as sources explicitly told LBS last week.
The name of man is being withheld for privacy purposes at this time No additional information will be released, family members said.

Bensalem Police are investigating, after the body of a dead man was found Thursday afternoon by a trash removal employee behind a dumpster.
Although Bensalem officials have yet to comment, the body was found in the area of the 3200 block of Bristol Road near an apartment complex sources at the scene told Lower Bucks Source.
A witness who provided detailed images of the death scene to the publication said trash removal employee “lifted the container to dump it, and that’s when he found the body.”




Meanwhile as news of the gruesome find started to circulate rumors started to run rampant due to dead bodies being found in Bristol Borough on Tuesday and a second body found Wednesday afternoon in Fairless Hills section of Falls Township on Wednesday afternoon.
Falls Township and Bristol Borough Police said, as of Thursday, there was no “foul play” in the deaths reported in their respective municipalities.
Bensalem Township did not respondd to requests for information on Thursday’s death, as of Friday morning.
