A Croydon man has been charged for harassing  a victim he is separated from and their  extended family repeatedly. 

According to Police, Bradley Smith 33 of Bristol Township, despite orders from authorities and the family to stay away from a Victoria Lane residence, sat in front of their home continuously beeping his vehicle’s horn. 

Police say this has been an “ongoing issue” with Smith and he’s been told he is not welcomed at the residence. 

Smith, police say, went to the Victoria Drive location on March 14 around 5:15 p.m to try and see his child, but was told to leave by the woman he is separated from. 

Additionally, Police received information that Smith was continually calling the work number of a member of his wife’s family throughout the month of March, according to the criminal complaint. 

The calls would show up as “unknown” and the recipient of the call answered  one time, police say, speaking with Smith. Smith was warned to stop calling and that the calls were being documented, court records show. 

According to the criminal complaint, Smith called the number 36 times on March 8 and “numerous times” on subsequent  days.

Smith has been charged a total of three times since February 24 of this year for similar allegations and-or related offenses, according to online court records.

On March 18, he was charged by Falls Police for Stalking and DUI related offenses. On February 20,  for felony stalking and harassment. 

He is scheduled to appear on May 12 to answer charges in all three cases, according to online court documents. 

Smith also has pending cases at the Court of Common Pleas in which he is scheduled for trial on June 15 and is charged with stalking, defiant trespass and harassment offenses in that case.
