Bristol Twp Police are reportedly investigating an apparent shooting that took place late Thursday night.
At 8:40 p.m a tipster said “there’s a shooting in (Bristol) terrace.”
Shortly thereafter a confidential first responder source seemingly confirmed the report and provided additional details to Lower Bucks Source.

The source said a man under the age of 40 was shot in the back in the area of the 1200 block of Marie Lowe Drive basketball courts and was taken to Jefferson-Torresdale hospital for treatment of his gunshot wound.
The victim was alert when he arrived at the hospital, sources said.
On poorly lit Marie Lowe Drive, Bristol Township police were on scene. The supervising officer referred the publication to contact command staff for information and on the record comment in relation to the reported shooting.
As of 5 a.m police have yet to comment on last night’s incident and no arrests connected to the incident were filed overnight.
