Cops: Levittown Teen Caught with 158 Marijuana Vape Cartridges

A Levittown man was arrested by Lower Makefield Police last week for charges of manufacture, delivery, and distribution of  ‘West Coast’ Marijuana and related offenses authorities said.

Wade Warner 18, had his vehicle stopped for a violations police say and as a result of further investigation authorities discovered 158 marijuana vape cartridges, six containers of bud, a dab kit and other drug paraphernalia court records show. 

Warner, according to police was with a friend  when the traffic stop occurred.  He told police the friend with him had nothing to do the marijuana related items in vehicle he was operating. 

Warner  was taken into police custody,  charged,  and arraigned last Friday night by On-Call Justice Vislosky and released on unsecured bail. 

He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in Morrisville District Court on May 6.
