Criminal Mischief – 1900 block of Woodside Rd. at Garden of Reflection reported at 8:22 a.m. Complainant reported vandalism to several glass panels displaying the names of 9/11 victims. The damage consisted of small dings, dents, and scratches to the glass faces of multiple panels, including those with last names starting with “S” to “W”. Investigation ongoing.
Credit Card Fraud – 2100 block of Stackhouse Dr. reported at 3:14 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $2,853.49.
Receiving Stolen Property Arrest – Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 9:01 p.m. Police received a report of a stolen New Jersey license plate. An investigation led to a traffic stop on Route 1 N/B, where an 18 year old male operator from Trenton, NJ was detained and later charged with Receiving Stolen Property. The vehicle was found to have a stolen license plate, but the vehicle itself was not reported stolen. The male was taken into police custody.

Theft – Quarry Rd. & Lindenhurst Rd. reported at 12:29 p.m. Complainant reported theft of two development signs at the location.
Retail Theft – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 3:57 p.m. Loss Prevention reported that on 9/30, an unknown female removed $543.92 worth of seafood without paying. Investigation ongoing.

Retail Thefts:
1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 11:24 a.m. Loss Prevention reported on 9/17, an unknown male removed $31.14 worth of merchandise without paying.
1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 11:24 a.m. Loss Prevention reported on 9/28, an unknown male removed $43.92 worth of merchandise without paying.

Criminal Mischief – Cardinal Dr. & Heacock Rd. reported at 8:59 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) cutting the tree branches to collect chestnuts. Upon arrival, police observed an individual with a pole, knocking the nuts off the tree. They were advised it was private property and to leave the area.
Fraud – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 1:13 p.m. Loss Prevention reported unknown female entered the store and made 21 small transactions, overpaying by $100 each with a card, totaling $2,100.00 and requested cash back. The same suspect returned later, making another 17 transactions with a card, taking out $100 each, totaling $1,700.00 in cash back. Investigation ongoing.

Credit Card Fraud – 1400 block of Clinton Dr. reported at 11:07 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $1,316.00.
Disorderly Conduct – 1200 block of Harrow Cres. reported at 2:22 p.m. Complainant reported ongoing harassment by a contractor working in the area. The male was previously advised by police to cease contact with the victims. The 45 year old male from Levittown, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct after another incident on 10/1.
Fraud – 2000 block of Farmview Dr. reported at 4:33 p.m. Complainant reported fraudulent bank activity. The victim’s bank account was compromised when a fraudulent check was deposited at a Bank of America branch located in Randolph, MA. The check, in the amount of $6,800.00, was from an unknown entity. Shortly after, four withdrawals totaling $3,174.00 were made from the same bank branch. The victim has frozen the account and reported the incident to Bank of America, but has not received a refund.
Theft – 900 block of Antique Alley at Chipotle reported at 8:04 p.m. Supervisor reported sometime overnight between 9/30 – 10/1, unknown person(s) removed an umbrella from the patio.
