Lower Makefield Twp. Police Reports – April 17, 2025 to May 7, 2025
5/7/2025 – Drug Arrest – Black Rock Rd. & Canal reported at 9:13 a.m. Police on patrol observed an individual sleeping in a vehicle at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 38 year old female driver from Trenton, NJ for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Receiving Stolen Property. She was taken into police custody.
5/6/2025 – Fraud – 500 block of Keating Dr. reported at 7:20 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $8,700.31.
5/3/2025 – Theft – 100 block of Stony Hill Rd. reported at 2:19 p.m. Complainant reported theft of bees, two bee hives and honey.
5/2/2025 – Theft – Unit block of Knoll Dr. reported at 3:00 p.m. Complainant reported theft of trailer tag that is also being used for EZ Pass.
4/30/2025 – Fraud – 900 block of Queens Dr. reported at 11:20 a.m. Complainant reported receiving a confirmation email from Fidelity for their trade in the amount of $460,000.00. Victim did not make the trade.
4/30/2025 – Theft – 1000 block of Independence Dr. reported at 12:39 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) intercepted a mailed check, altered it, and cashed it.
4/30/2025 – Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 4:31 p.m. Loss Prevention reported an unknown female removed $271.36 worth of merchandise without paying. Loss Prevention was able to obtain the license plate number and police were able to positively ID the female offender through her Driver’s License photo and surveillance video. A warrant was issued for the 32 year old female from Trenton, NJ.
4/30/2025 – Receiving Stolen Property & Drug Arrest – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 6:36 p.m. Police on patrol received an LPR hit for a stolen vehicle at the location. A felony car stop was conducted. A records check confirmed the vehicle was reported stolen out of Prince George’s County, MD. The 26 year old male driver from Bowie, MD was taken into police custody for Receiving Stolen Property. He was arraigned by District Justice Marriot and bail was set at $20,000/10%. The 22 year old male passenger from Spencerville, MD was taken into police custody for Possession of Marijuana. He was arraigned by District Justice Marriot and bail was set at $20,000 unsecured. The 25 year old male passenger from Upper Marlboro, MD was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
4/29/2025 – Fraud – 700 block of Sumter Dr. reported at 1:39 p.m. Complainant reported a vehicle in New York with their same license plate committed a traffic offense and they received the violation for it.
4/29/2025 – Criminal Mischief – 1100 block of Edgewood Rd. at Greg Caiola Baseball Park reported at 2:53 p.m. Complainant reported sign for the baseball field was significantly damaged.
4/28/2025 – Criminal Mischief – 1100 block Dickinson Dr. reported at 10:15 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) damaged their mailbox and landscaping.
4/28/2025 – Criminal Mischief – 1000 block of Lehigh Dr. reported at 10:57 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) egged their residence.
4/28/2025 – Identity Theft – 2000 block of Leedoms Dr. reported at 12:50 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) opened a Cash App account in their name.
4/27/2025 – Burglary – 100 block W. College Ave. reported at 8:14 a.m. Complainant reported their Ring camera captured two unknown persons enter the rear garage via an unlocked window and remove a Yamaha dirt bike. Investigation ongoing.
4/25/2025 – Fraud – 300 block Roelofs Rd. reported at 12:15 p.m. Complainant reported a check in the amount of $999.99 was written to a company for computer virus protection. Once the check was cashed, the computer started having issues again.
4/24/2025 – Fraud – 500 block of Cedar Hollow Dr. reported at 3:38 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) removed $800.00 from their bank account.
4/23/2025 – Theft – 1700 block of Finch Ct. reported at 1:13 p.m. Complainant reported responding to an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a vehicle. Victim met with an individual, gave them a $1,000.00 deposit and decided after test driving the vehicle that they did not want it. The individual left without giving the $1,000.00 deposit back.
4/22/2025 – Fleeing & Eluding Warrant – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 9:33 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Upon approaching the vehicle, the driver sped off. Police were able to identify the 49 year old male driver from Trenton, NJ and issued a warrant for his arrest.
4/21/2025 – Drug Arrest – Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 9:13 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. A records check also revealed the 31 year old male driver from Levittown, PA was wanted by the Bucks County Sheriffs. The male and the 35 year old female passenger were taken into police custody and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
4/21/2025 – Accident & DUI Arrest – Rt. 332 & Stony Hill Rd. reported at 12:49 p.m. Police responded to the report of a 2 vehicle traffic accident at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 39 year old male driver from Langhorne, PA for Possession of Oxycodone/Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under the Influence.
4/20/2025 – Theft – 1700 block of Kathy Dr. reported at 9:06 a.m. Complainant reported theft of go-kart from the parking lot sometime overnight.
4/20/2025 – Fraud – 400 block of Liberty Dr. reported at 10:41 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $525.00.
4/19/2025 – Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 11:22 a.m. Employee reported unknown male entered the store with a partially full bag, walked around the store, then left with the bag now full. The male was found hiding in the back of a vehicle in the parking lot. The 34 year old male from Philadelphia, PA was taken into police custody. He was charged with Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and False ID to Law Enforcement. He was arraigned by District Justice Galloway and sent to BCCF in lieu of $25,000/10% bail.
4/19/2025 – Fraud – 200 block of Wild Orchid Ct. reported at 10:18 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) accessed their bank account and withdrew $140.00.
