Cops: NYC Couple charged with Conspiracy, Theft, and Fraud Counts In Yardley Restaurant Run



A New York City Couple were jailed Wednesday after being accused of credit card fraud, drug possession, theft and related offenses.
Aaron E Wrighton, 22 and Taliyah K. Neal, 21 both of Bronx New York were arraigned by Justice Jan Vislosky and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent $200,000 bail late Wednesday night.
According to Yardley Borough Police. at about 4 p.m officers were dispatched to two restaurants’ along Main Street to investigate theft and fraud complaints.
Police alerted management of the Yardley Inn and provided a description of the two suspects. Shortly thereafter employees notified police they had seen the couple and the responding officer stopped them in the parking lot of a East Afton Avenue eatery,
During the course of the investigation Wrighton resisted arrest and with assistance from Lower Makefield Police was taken into custody, police said in a press release,
A search warrant was obtained and investigators discovered drugs, stolen credit cards and a large sun of money, Chief of Police Joseph D Kelly said .
Their vehicle was impounded as authorities will continue the couples actions in the area, Kelly said.
The suspects are each charged with four counts of access device fraud, two counts of theft of mislaid property, two counts of receiving stolen property, and two counts of marijuana possession,
Wrighton was also charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Both suspects are tentatively scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on July 21.
