October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Bucks County H.O.G. Chapter (Harley Owners Group) is sponsoring its 13th Annual Pink Your Ride for MIA (Motorcyclists Increasing Awareness) event to benefit the Breast Center at St. Mary Medical Center.

On Sunday, October 20, 2024, Registration from 9 am to 11 am and Kick Stands Up at 11:30 am, ~ Cost $30 per person.  All proceeds will help the St. Mary Breast Center continue to provide exceptional, compassionate, people-centered cancer screenings, diagnostics, and treatment right in our back yard. St. Mary Medical Center is an American College of Radiology.

The police-escorted motorcycle ride will begin at Stars & Stripes Harley-Davidson (SSHD) in Langhorne, PA following brief remarks at 11:00 am by representatives of St. Mary and key members of the Bucks County H.O.G Chapter.

More than 200 motorcyclists are expected to ride through Bucks County ending at the dealership in Langhorne. Bikers are encouraged to safely decorate their bikes and themselves in pink to further increase awareness for the event. A catered lunch will be served back at the dealership at the end of the ride. SSHD is providing a band along with prizes for best decorated bike – male and female.

Two sisters— Jaclyn Bingert, Bucks County H.O.G. Road Captain, and Therese Bingert, former Bucks County H.O.G. Ladies of Harley Officer—founded Pink Your Ride for MIA in 2012. The ride is in memory of their sister, Mia Bingert Wiecenski, who passed away of breast cancer in 2007, and helps the motorcycling community spread breast cancer awareness.
