Stop the Harm: Youth, Relationships, and Gun Violence

NAACP, Bucks County is proud to co-sponsor a crucial event which will allow all to listen, speak truth, and collectively confront the realities of gun violence and its impact on our youth.
NAACP, alongside Ceasefire PA, A Woman’s Place, Planned Parenthood Keystone’s Rainbow Room, and other dedicated community organizations will hold an interactive panel discussion on February 25, 2026 from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST at 186 E Court Street in Doylestown for teens, parents, educators, and all community members.
Our youth are navigating a world where the consequences of gun violence are a daily reality, impacting their schools, neighborhoods, and even their closest relationships. For many young people, fear is not abstract; it shapes how they learn, move through their communities, and connect with others, according to NAACP. This leads to trauma, broken trust, loss, and silence, said officials. Statistics show that Black and LGBTQ+ youth face higher risks, highlighting the urgent need for dialogue and action.
Your voice matters, officials said, if you believe our young people deserve safety, healing, and a future free from fear. Let’s talk honestly. Let’s show up for our youth. Let’s work toward change—together.
