The Grundy Library and Museum Third Annual Plant Swap & Tree Planting
The Grundy Library and Museum are hosting their third annual Plant Swap on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM!
Horticulturalists and representatives from the Bucks County chapter of the Penn State Master Gardeners and Garden Club of Bristol Borough will be on-site to answer your plant questions.
Kick-off the Plant Swap on the Grundy campus from 10:00-11:30 AM where we will be planting 4 new trees purchased through the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, planted by the Bristol Borough Tree Tenders!
And be sure to join the Penn State Master Gardeners for an Herb Planting Discussion at 10:30 AM and learn how to create your own herb garden!
Bring your potted garden seedlings, houseplants, and outdoor plants to share. Plant donations can be dropped off at the Library Thursday, April 10th and Friday, April 11th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; donations will also be accepted the day of the event.
Donating plants is encouraged but not required to participate in the swap. Bringing a box for your plants on the day of the swap is recommended! Leave a plant, take a plant!
No donations of PA invasive plants will be accepted. Click here for a list of plants to leave at home.
The event is rain-or-shine on the Grundy campus, or inside the Grundy Library in the event of poor weather. Registration is not required.
