A recent refrain circulated on social media in recent months has been “I don’t understand my Bucks County Water Sewer & Authority bill.”
Well if you have questions, you can join BCWSA’s Online Customer Support Meeting on Wednesday, October 14 at 11:30 a.m. to learn how to read your bill, navigate their new billing system, and get answers directly from their representatives.

Can’t make this session? Don’t worry. BCWSA is planning additional virtual customer support events at different times to accommodate more schedules, officials said. Those dates and times have yet to be announced.
