Morrisville Borough Police Reports: Carton of Newports Stolen, Not Once but Twice from Same Establishment and More!

Morrisville Borough Police Reports – Sept 9 2025 – Sept 15 2025

Arrest/Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault/Resist Arrest-09/09/25 @1232-Dontae N. Thompson, age 32, entered a residence in the area of Bowling Green Ave. while the owners were home and refused to leave. The suspect resisted arrest and fought with police and was finally taken into custody. He was arraigned and sent to BCP in Lieu of $10,000/10%.

Theft from motor vehicle-09/09/25 @0723-Victim reports that his truck was entered and his wallet was stolen with credit cards and $5.00 in cash. The cards were used in Trenton, N.J. at two convenience shops.

Theft from motor vehicle-09/09/25 @1810-Victim reports that his vehicle was left unlocked, and a Sig Sauer P365 9MM Pistol was in the center console and is missing. Victim also reported that change was thrown around in the vehicle. This occurred sometime after 2100 last night or this morning in the area of N. Lafayette Ave.

Theft-09/11/25 @1207-Victim reported a pair of sneakers stolen from the porch overnight, valued at $200.00. This incident occurred in the 100 block of W. Hendrickson Ave.

Retail Theft-09/11/25 @1036-Police were dispatched to Smokin Joe’s for a retail theft that occurred on 9/10/25 during the evening hours. An unknown black male came into the store and placed a carton of Newport Cigarettes on the counter. When the employee went to add reward points, the unknown male took the carton of cigarettes and left the store, passing all points of sale. The unknown male was last observed getting on a bicycle and leaving. On July 13, 2025 at 1358 hrs this same unidentified male entered the store and performed the same scenario, stealing a carton of Newport Cigarettes. Total value of retail theft is $254.42.

Arrest/DUI-09/12/25 @0908-Milan Lopez-Perez, age 45, the defendant was stopped for a red light violation in the area of Pennsylvania Ave. and was found to be intoxicated. After field sobriety testing, the defendant was placed under arrest and transported to HQ’s for processing. He was released pending a summons.

Public Intoxication/Cited-09/12/25 @2245-Kathlyn Cintron, age 45, will be cited with public intoxication after she was found in the parking lot of S. Pennsylvania Ave.

Violating Boro Ord/Cited-09/14/25 @0149-Reyvie Valdez-Rodriguez, age 31, will be cited for violating the noise ordinance after police responded to the area of Crown Street.

Public Drunkenness/Cited-09/15/25 @1751-Carlos Guerra, age 25, was cited for public drunkenness in the 7/11 shopping center.

Pothole Repair Continues Next Week in Bucks County

PennDOT announced maintenance crews will be working next week to repair deteriorated pavement on state roadways in Bucks County.

Drivers are advised that periodic daytime lane closures and possible slowdowns will occur next week at the followinn g locations:

  • Route 413 (Veterans Highway/Durham Road), Bristol and Buckingham townships
  • Durham Road, Middletown Township
  • State Road, Bensalem Township
  • Route 611 (Easton Road), Tinicum Township
  • Route 663 (John Fries Highway), Quakertown Borough and Milford Township
  • Almshouse Road, Doylestown and Warwick townships

Other Main Roadways

  • I-76
  • I-95
  • U.S. 1
  • Route 63 (Woodhaven Road)

Drivers are reminded to slow down in work zones and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and our workers safe.

Since January 1, PennDOT District 6 has received more than 2,900 customer concerns regarding potholes and has used more than 740 tons of asphalt across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Falls Township Police are seeking help with locating a missing 17 year-old last seen on Trenton Avenue Friday morning.

Morgan Douglas was last seen this morning in the 900 block of West Trenton Avenue, Morrisville, police said in a press release.

She was wearing a grey ‘essential’ hooded sweatshirt, a dark grey North Face Jacket, and black ‘Croc’ shoes. Morgan also has a tattoo, reading ‘Morgan,’ on her right wrist.

Police Seek Info on Missing Teen Believed to be in Lower Bucks Area

Police from Plumstead Township Police Department with an assist from Tullytown  Borough Police  are asking for help from the community in attempting to locate a missing  17 year-old .

Ryan  Jaatar Age 17 is  5ft 8in Brown eyes and has not been seen since January 3, 2026, police say.

Jaatar was last seen by his father at their residence in Plumstead Township.

Jaatar’s, according to investigators,  is believed to be in the Levittown/Bristol/Croydon area.
