The Lower Southampton Township Police Department arrested Stacey Ula Webb on Monday August 21st, 2023 after she turned herself in to answer to the charges of contractor fraud. Webb was arraigned and released on bail pending her court appearance.

A Northumberland County woman is in trouble with Lower Southampton authorities who they say defrauded thousands from  Trevose women.

Police launched a fraud investigation at a residence on Cembra Court, Trevose PA last  October. The victim told police they met with Stacey Webb, owner of MC General Contractor LLC out of Mt Carmel, Pennsylvania and negotiated a replacement window project valued at $8,050.00.

The victim provided a deposit of $3,000.00 and entered into an agreement for the project.   As of this date, has failed to complete the agreed upon work or refund the resident the $3,000.00 deposit.

An arrest warrant for Webb was issued on felony charges of  home improvement fraud, theft by deception, deceptive business practices and receiving stolen property.
