Bristol Borough announced Wednesday changes to its street sweeping operations while a number of streets are repaved as part of its 2023 road work program.

Effective  today  sweeping  efforts or the enforcing of parking restrictions on the will cease: Bridal Path Lane, Bristol Street, 1000 bock Garden Street, Lincoln Avenue, Mulberry Street, Pine Grove Street, Pond Street (from Beaver St. to Monroe St.) and Warren Street. officials said.

In January the Borough announced plans to mill and repave 14 streets,

Council President Ralph DiGuiseppe said he wanted to see a lot of repaving work completed before the winter months set in,

Work on the smoothing effort began in earnest once school let out for summer in June.
