Cops: Burglary Reported, Stolen Vehicle Located by owner, Female Porch Pirate Sought

Theft– 1/28/20 @ 11:15 – Report of radar detector stolen from unlocked vehicle on N Lafayette Ave.  Value $600.00

Theft – 1/28/20 @ 13:27 – Report of purse containing $60.00 cash, credit cards and keys was stolen from church. All items were returned the next day.  Incident occurred on 700 block of N. Pennsylvania Ave.

Theft – 1/29/20 @ 18:10 – Report of package containing a used computer was stolen from doorstep of residence on 500 block of N. Pennsylvania Ave.  Suspect is described at a black female with a white coat.  Value $90.00

Theft – 1/29/20 @ 11:11 –  Report of approximately $20 in change stolen from unlocked vehicle overnight on the 600 block of Hillcrest Ave.

Theft/Arrest – 1/30/20 @ 20:39 – On 1/28/20 a package containing mouth mints, feminine products and shoes was stolen off front door step on 300 block of Clymer Ave. Suspect described as middle aged black male wearing blue jeans, black jacket with hood up, red knit cap, and brown boots. Value $65.44.  On 1/31/20 @ 19:56 Thaddeus D. White, age 58, wearing the same clothing, was arrested on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Motor Vehicle Theft – 1/31/20 @ 10:58 –Report of 2006 Jeep Commander with keys left in the vehicle, value $5,000, stolen from residence on E. Philadelphia Ave.  Later the same day, vehicle was found by owner in Trenton. 

Arrest on Warrant – 1/31/20 @ 15:27 – Kevin Purcell, age 29, was arrested on a Warrant for probation violation from Buck’s County Sheriff’s Office.  Incident occurred on E. Philadelphia Ave.

Burglary – 2/1/20 @ 05:48 – Report of suspect in house while resident was home. Entry made through an unlocked upstairs window.  A Century hand safe containing passport and other documents were stolen.  Value 100.00
