Last Day to Register to Vote for Municipal Elections is October 18th

The municipal elections are upon us as they are scheduled for November 2nd. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to register to vote with the last day to register is Monday October 18.

The last day to apply for an Absentee/Mail-in Ballot is October 26th. Once ballots are available (ballot launch date to be announced soon), registered voters can request an “On-Demand” Absentee/Mail-in Ballot during regular office hours at the Board of Elections office in Doylestown. “On Demand” voting at the two satellite offices in Quakertown and Levittown will be available beginning October 12th. Absentee/Mail-in ballots are due by 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 2nd.

According to county data, turnout for the 2019 municipal elections came in at just slightly more than 37 percent of registered voters, a 6.5 percent jump in voter participation in comparison to the 2017 municipal elections.

Starting October 12th, drop boxes at all three Board of Elections offices, for Absentee/Mail-in Ballots, will be available. All other box locations, located throughout the County, will be available starting October 18th. Learn about Absentee/Mail-in Ballots and drop boxes here.

For voters living in the Bristol area, a Mail In-Ballot drop box was just recently announced, will be available at the Bristol Borough Municipal Building located at 250 Pond St also beginning October 18th from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily.

On Election Day Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you’re voting in-person on Election Day, find your polling place by clicking here
