A 54-year-old Levittown man is behind bars at Bucks County Prison after a Cybertip led investigators to his Bristol Township home, discovering child sexual assault material, authorities say.
Bristol Township police arrested Joseph Gladen for possession of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography Thursday morning.
According to police the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) alerted law enforcement through a Cybertip about possible child sexual assault material (CSAM) being disseminated from a location in Bristol Township.
An investigation was conducted by detectives from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and Bristol Township’s Criminal Investigation Division. A search warrant was served on Wednesday, March 26, 2026, on a residence on Roundwood Lane in Levittown, Bristol Township, Lt. Patrick Kitchenman said.
Kitchenman said, while serving the search warrant, Gladen was arrested.
Gladen was preliminarily arraigned Thursday by Magisterial District Judge John Galloway at 10:15 a.m. Bail was set at 10 percent of $500,000. Unable to post bail, he was remanded to the custody of Bucks County Prison.
Gladen is due back in court on April 7. He has no attorney of record listed as of publication time.
