Arrest/Warrant-05/26/26 @1808-Michael Livingston, age 32, was picked up on a warrant out of this department. He was processed and arraigned. Livingston was sent up to BCP on $150,000 10%.
Cited/Disorderly Conduct-05/27/26 @2212-Jancarlos Rodriguez, age 25, was cited for disorderly conduct after he was observed throwing an unknown object at another vehicle, striking the rear window in the unit block of W. Bridge St.
Fraud-05/28/26 @1349-Victim reported he used a Telegram App where he met someone and sent pictures. The suspect told him to send money, or he would post screenshots of their conversation. The suspect demanded money three different times, totaling $1080.00 after sending the money, the victim stopped and notified police.
Attempt Vehicle Theft-05/29/26 @1037-Victim stated he parked his vehicle in the 500 block of Doloro Drive and noticed the steering column was damaged. There was nothing taken from the vehicle. Unknown amount for the damage.
Attempted Vehicle Theft-05/29/26 @0918- Victim stated she parked her vehicle in the 300 block of Stockham Ave. and noticed that the driver’s side door handle was damaged and the lock was completely broken. There was nothing taken from the vehicle. Unknown amount for the damage.
Arrest Simple Assault/Harassment-05/29/2026 @2158-Zachary Richard Hall, age 36, will receive a summons for simple assault and harassment for an incident that occurred in the 800 block of Pennsylvania Ave.
Arrest/Warrant-05/30/26 @1630-Rafael R. Cepeda, age 66, had a warrant issued for his arrest for Terroristic threats, simple assault, and related charges after a dispute in the 200 block of W. Philadelphia Ave.
