According to residents living at a Bensalem “luxury” Apartment Complex, they have been without power for about 24 hours now, and there is an apparent “lack of communication” between renters and management at the complex.
Tenants of the The Grand at Neshaminy Valley Creek, 5301 Neshaminy Boulevard say they’ve been without power for about one day.
“We’ve been without power for 24 hours, and no one has been able to give us an estimate for when it will be restored. We’ve been told this isn’t a PECO outage but instead an electrical issue within the Grand. This isn’t just a solo issue, there are rows of apartments without power,” a tenant said in a post to popular Bensalem -based Meta page.
The outage, residents say is not PECO related and there are no current outages showing on the energy companies map in Bensalem Twp.
“I called PECO and they told me, they have no clue what I’m talking about because they do not service our section. They told me to call Synergy.”
As of publication time there was a smattering of reports from tenants who said their power was restored.
The complex is operate by AJH management, which is headquartered in Lakewood, New Jersey.
AJH, according to its’s website, is a property management company invested in providing optimal living conditions for their tenants.
Calls to AJH and the complex management office and Synergy was not immediately returned, Monday.

The power was out for more than 34 hours. We were told that the landlord was at the Jersey shore and could not come in until Monday morning when the power was restored. This a yearly blackout we have here. Our electric bills are also $400 or more a month.
