Bristol Township Police are now investigating a skimming incident that took place at the Wawa on Green Lane on Wednesday apparently involving two suspects.
According to Police, a bank card skimming device was placed on an ATM inside the Wawa store, located at 5900 Bristol Pike on Wednesday, July 19 at approximately 9:30 am
The device was discovered by authorities about five hours later, Lt Sean Cosgrove said.
It is not known if the two suspects obtained any bank information from the device as of Thursday afternoon.
Police are seeking to identify two persons of interest: one adult male and one adult female. Images attached.
“If you used the ATM at this Wawa on Wednesday bet 9AM & 2PM you should contact your bank and take whatever measures, they recommend” Cosgrove warned.
If you discover unauthorized transactions: file a police report with the law enforcement agency that has primary jurisdiction over your residence, police said.
