Last week State Rep Tina Davis (D-Bucks) held her annual Senior Expo at the Bristol Township Senior Center and wanted to get a message out after the event to those who could not attend and info about a upcoming event.
“If you missed the Senior Expo, but would like information on the programs and exhibitors, please contact my office at (267) 580-2660,” she said.
We need to get the info out to our seniors anyway we can, she said.
Davis in her first full year having Bristol Borough and Bristol Township comprise her legislative district said she recognizes the possibility some might have missed or not known about the event despite a number community messages she and her staff made public.

Sometimes people have plans or something family related comes up and they just can’t make it. This way, if there was something on their minds they were seeking information about, my staff and I can get it to them and answer any questions they may have, she said.
Adding with Bristol Borough now part of her district she and her staff know there is a significant number of seniors, or about to be seniors, who could really use the information the expo provides.
“We would really love everyone we serve to be there,” she said.
She did also take time out to thank the organizations and stakeholders who did attend the yearly fall happening.
“Thank you to all those who attended the 2023 Senior Expo and for all the exhibitors for providing important information and programs to our community,” she said.
Over two community based organizations serving the needs of seniors and about to be seniors ranging from, legal, health and health screenings, medicare, fraud prevention and protection and so many more were on hand, officials said.
Davis, looking forward, \said she wanted the public to save Saturday, Oct. 7 on their calendars as it’s her annual Fall Shredding Event Scheduled to start at 10 a.m. running to 12 pm at the Bucks County Technical High School, 610 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills.
