A  25 year -old Bensalem man has been arrested in connection with a nationwide sextortion investigation, and detectives are asking additional victims to come forward.

David Ajiri (25),  surrendered to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on March 9, 2026, on an arrest warrant obtained by the Arvada Police Department in Colorado with assistance from the Bensalem Township Police Department, authorities said Thursday evening in a press release. 

Investigators believe Ajiri targeted women and girls as young as 14 years old across the United States since at least 2018. At this time, one victim has been confirmed, but detectives believe there may be many more who have not yet been identified and hope to make contact with those victims (see info below).

According to investigators, Ajiri allegedly used dating apps, friendship apps, and social media platforms to contact victims.

He reportedly convinced victims to send intimate images or videos in exchange for payment.

Detectives say victims were never paid and when they victims Ajiri he allegedly threatened to send the images or videos to friends, family members, or social media contacts unless they continued providing explicit content, money, or both.

Investigators also found that victims were sometimes sent detailed lists of specific images and videos they were instructed to provide. Evidence authorities say indicates some of the content may have been sold online.

Bristol Borough Police arrested and jailed a man who stands accused of threatening police and harassing 911 emergency operators.

*David J. Chichilitti arraigned James F. Dicicco, 50, on one felony count of false calls to 911, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, and three additional misdemeanor offenses on March 5. Dicicco was remanded to the custody of Bucks County Correctional Facility as he was unable to post the 10 percent of $45,000.00 bail set by Chichilitti.

According to the probable cause, on November 30, 2025, Dicicco allegedly made numerous phone calls to the non-emergency phone line of Bucks County Communications (911) utilizing two phone numbers 215-317-**** and 610-828-**** directed for/towards Bristol Borough Police Department.

The calls were not of an emergency or non-emergency nature, police said and were made explicitly to harass communication staff and threaten Levitsky and Bristol Borough Police Department members.

The calls started at about 11 p.m. on November 30, 2025 and ended on December 1, 2025 at about 4:30 a.m.

The calls were logged with initial remarks of the calls noted in the criminal complaint as noted below.

November 30, 2025:
At 11:20 p.m., Dicicco called Bucks County Communications and identified himself “Go fuck yourself Jim.” Remarks in the call: “Eat a D**k …. NFl.”

At 11:24 p.m., the caller ID said, “Patrick Dicicco” and 610-828-****. “Patrick Dicicco, says Ofc. Levitsky, lives on Radcliffe Street in the little blue house right behind the bridge and he’ll (Dicicco) be there tonight.”

At 11:34 p.m., Dicicco called the non-emergency line. “Asking someone familiar to call him, said 24 PD could “Suck-a-D**k” and was irate/curt at intake. Intake terminated non-emergency call after he said dispatch could “Suck-a-D**k” and was a f**king moron:

December 1, 2025:
At 1:27 a.m., “Tell Officer Levitsky he is going to get suckered punched at the stroll and to be on the lookout.”

At 1:38 a.m., “Making threats that officer needs to watch his back.”

At 2:02 a.m. “Compl (Dicicco) call backed requesting dispatch who said he made threats against officer and then was irate that dispatch couldn’t transfer to pd .. in between cursing/yelling, compl stated to tell Ofc. Levitsky he will gladly meet him., call was transferred to supervisor.”

At 2:14 a.m., “Angry that Sgt. called him from a blocked number and alleges he was threatened by federal agents.”

At 2:28 a.m., “Called for Sgt. numerous times.”

At 2:32 a.m., “Requested the Sgt’s name and badge number .. wanted Bristol Borough number … says he hopes (911) intakes’ mother dies and Officer Levitsky’s mother dies.”

At 2:37 a.m., “Calling and apologizing and then stated Sgt. threatened him stating he is homeless and currently living on his sailboat .. told intake “suck my d**k” yet again .. flipped back and forth between saying he can call all night and that he won’t be calling again., keeps asking for direct number to 2452.”

At 2:57 a.m., “Was calling the Sgt. names .. said that the officers “should watch their backs” saying they can “suck my dick” .. told intake to “Fuck off.”

At 3:03 a.m., “Tell that (racial slur) he ain’t catching me at shift change- tell your Sgt. to call me now.”

At 3:33 a.m., “Irate he requested a call from Sgt., says he was threatened by a federal agent.”

At 3:37 a.m., “Irate he  requested for a call from Sgt., says he was threatened by a federal agent.”

Levitsky and Faight were notified of calls directed towards and for them.

Because of the nature of the calls, threats and prior contact with Dicicco, Bristol Borough Police Department and Bristol Township Police Department maintained surveillance of Levitsky overnight because of potential threats to his safety and well being, investigators said in the probable cause.

Dicicco, according to police, beginning in October of 2024 and continuing to December 1, 2025 has been threatening and violent towards police officers and the general public when under the influence of drugs, alcohol and due to apparent mental health issues.

*Dicicco on the same date was arraigned in a second case by Bristol Borough Police on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, public drunkenness and related offenses connected to a incident that occurred on Oct 11.

Dicicco, according to online court records is represented by Gregg David Shore, Esq. of  Pinnacle Legal Services in Bensalem.

Editor’s Note: It is not clearly outlined or identified why Mr. Dicicco, who is from Blue Bell, PA targeted Borough Police or what his connection to Bristol is.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Falls Township Police Department have filed criminal charges against a 38-year-old woman in connection with the overdose death of her roommate.

Christina Gallo, of the Morrisville section of Falls Township was arraigned by District Judge John Galloway on Tuesday on charges of death by drug delivery, drug distribution,  misdemeanor involuntary manslaughter and related offenses.

Gallo was remanded to the custody of Bucks County Correctional after Galloway set bail at 10 percent of $250,000.00.

According to investigators,  Gallo not only supplied the lethal drugs that killed 34-year-old Mary Wells but also systematically stole the victim’s money and attempted to frame others for the crime.

On Jan. 2, 2025, Wells was found unresponsive at the residence she shared with Gallo at 4352 Dover Drive in the Pennwood Crossing trailer park. She was later pronounced dead at Jefferson-Bucks Hospital, said investigators in the probable cause.

An autopsy and toxicology report revealed  Wells died from a lethal combination of fentanyl, xylazine (Tranq), methamphetamine, methadone, and para-fluorofentanyl. Investigators recovered straws and blue wax bags at the scene. Laboratory testing by NMS Labs confirmed that the bags contained a potent mixture of fentanyl, xylazine, and para-fluorofentanyl, the same substances found in the victim’s blood, detectives wrote in the probable cause.

Investigators discovered that Wells was a daily fentanyl user who had been too ill to leave her home in the days leading up to her death. Cell site data and text messages confirmed that Wells remained at the Dover Drive residence from Dec. 31, 2024, until her death.

The “comprehensive” investigation identified Gallo as the primary source of the drugs, alleging she regularly drove to the Kensington to purchase fentanyl for Wells. According to text messages recovered by investigators from Dec. 22, 2024, which showed both women expressing excitement at being able to purchase a particular brand of fentanyl, a potent mixture highly sought after by users.

Gallo made the final delivery of that brand of fentanyl to Wells on Jan. 1, 2025, approximately 16 hours before her death. While Gallo initially attempted to shift blame to other individuals, investigators used digital evidence and interviews to disprove her claims and confirm her role as the final distributor.

The investigation, according to the criminal complaint further revealed a pattern of financial exploitation following the victim’s death. Police found that Gallo allegedly used Wells’ EBT and debit cards to make multiple fraudulent purchases and withdrawals.

The victim’s family, including her daughter, informed investigators that these stolen funds could have been used to provide Wells with a proper funeral. Instead, the family lacked the resources for a service while Gallo allegedly exhausted the victim’s accounts for her own use, detectives said in court records.

“The details of this case are as heartbreaking as they are infuriating,” said Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan. “Not only did the defendant deliver the very poison that ended the victim’s life, but she then chose to further victimize the family by systematically draining the victim’s financial accounts in the days following her death.”

Falls Township Police Chief Nelson Whitney emphasized that the charges are the result of a seamless partnership between local and county investigators.

“People who struggle with substance use disorder deserve our compassion and help, but those who take advantage of their suffering deserve swift justice and punishment,” Whitney said. “This case is a tragedy for the Wells family, and my heart goes out to them and so many other families who know the pain that comes with having a loved one immersed in substance use.”

“This case is also an important example of the dedication of the professional investigators involved and the high level of coordination between the Falls Township Police Department and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office,” Whitney continued. “Together, we are committed to making the community safer and to holding all those who seek to imperil that safety accountable under the law.”

A co-defendant, identified as John “Twitch” Lindsay, 44, of Bensalem, is also alleged to have delivered doses of methamphetamine to the victim during the same period. He was charged Tuesday with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and was sent to BCCF on $50,000 bail.

The charges against Christina Gallo follow a joint investigation by Bucks County Detective Jarrod Eisenhauer and Falls Township Detective John Vella. This case is assigned for prosecution to Deputy District Attorney Chad Kovack.

Gallo is due back in court on March 25 for a preliminary hearing and has no attorney of record listed according to online court records. Gallo was also charged by Falls Twp Police in what appears to be a separate incident with misdemeanor drug offenses dating back to last month.
