An earthquake on Friday rocked the area. Now a total solar eclipse is coming our way on Monday. Two rare occurrences happening days apart. Add to that mix, the Francis Scott Key bridge collapse last month and the 70 military helicopters flying through Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport’s airspace this weekend. What is going on here? What else can happen?
The 2024 total solar eclipse, will be experienced on Monday, April 8, 2024. Thirty years ago (1984), the moon blocked 99% of the sun and seven years ago in 2017, the moon blocked less than in 1984.
Aside from the scientific differences, this eclipse is also different than the one in 2017 as it will reach a larger audience, says NASA.

Some of the questions over the week have been: What time will this event occur? Why is this eclipse more important than the many other ones? What can we expect? With the help from a NASA video, we will attempt to answer your questions.
The eclipse will cross North America on Monday, passing over parts of Mexico, central and eastern United States and southeastern Canada. The eclipse passes over Mexico at approximately 11 a.m. (EDT) and exits the continental North America on the Atlantic coast at 5:16 p.m. (NDT), according to NASA.
This video by NASA will: Explain what happens during an eclipse and why you may want to look down; Shows the path of the eclipse’s totality path; and How to make your own “glasses” if you don’t have the eclipse special glasses.

Hey, I hope you’re well.
Are you looking to hire someone to manage your seo, website or online marketing?
My name is Somesh (a south african with a funny name) currently based near Ardingly in the UK. I’ve recently certified in online digital marketing and I’m looking to work for free in exchange for a testimonial or case study.
Would you be able to help?
