An unidentified person experiencing a behavioral health crisis was safely talked down from the Trenton Makes Bridge during rush hour traffic Friday by first responders.
Unconfirmed reports starting coming into Lower Bucks Source at 3:40 p.m about a person climbing onto the bridge threatening to jump.
Emergency Services Reporter Ron Roberts was on scene and said the unidentified person was closer to New Jersey side of the bridge. First responders from the New Jersey State Police and Trenton EMS safely talked the person down off the bridge taking them to a local medical facility for evaluation, Roberts said.
Traffic started moving again in both directions around 4:35 p.m motorists reported.
