“He is in custody, he exited the apartment via negotiations, no one was injured, the shelter in place has been lifted, additional details will be released in the morning,” Lt Chris Clark, said.

“We have a subject who is believed to have fired a handgun from within an apartment, no one was injured, we are attempting to negotiate his exting the apartment,” said Lieutenant Christopher Clark.

Falls Twp. Police issued a Shelter in Place alert for the area in Pennsbury Wood Apartments, 9100 block New Falls Road, Levittown. just before 9 p.m, Sunday evening.
Prior to the order, unconfirmed multiple “shots fired” reports came into Lower Bucks Source (LBS). Freelance contributor Joe Nelson arrived on scene shortly thereafter.
The photos depicted the Bucks County Southern Emergency Response Team (SERT) are already on scene working with cornering off the area and restricting access to the apartment complex.
LBS has been working the multiple shots fired reports and the reason for the police presence at the apartment complex. However, there was no immediate response from Falls Twp. Police.
First responders are also on scene working with police cordoning off area and restricting access to the community at large.
A first responder directed Nelson to report to Falls Twp. Police Headquarters for answers to questions.L
Bucks County authorities are using Falls Twp District Courthouse for staging purposes. It remains unclear the reason(s) for the heavy police presence and response.

As of publication time, the shelter in place has not been lifted.
