The Pennsylvania State Police arrested a 26 year-old New Jersey accused him of stalking repeatedly, propelling missiles into an occupied vehicle, criminal mischief and related offenses on I-95 recently.
According to the criminal complaint filed by a Pennsylvania State Police Trooper, Kevin Eliasen who was driving a 2022 gray Kia (model undisclosed) followed the victims from West Deptford NJ, to 1-95 N at approximately mile marker 33.5, in Bensalem Township on September 1 just after 11 p.m.
While following the victims, Eliasen attempted to run them off the roadway, brake checked them numerous times, cut them off numerous times, and threw a socket wrench at the victim’s vehicle causing damage, State Police alleged in the probable cause.
Eliasen’s vehicle was towed by the state authorities from the scene, said State Police in court papers.
On Call District Judge Christopher E. O’Neil arraigned Eliasen at 3:50 a.m. on the charges setting bail as unsecured.
Eliasen is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on September 24 with Magisterial District Judge Michael W. Gallagher presiding.
