The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Troop M – Trevose Station announced four arrests for a stolen vehicle that led troopers on Wednesday pursuit in which the driver struck two police cruisers, authorities say.
According to State Police, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at approximately 12:50 pm, Troopers observed a stolen Honda CRV, out of Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, traveling on 1-95 Southbound, in Bensalem Township. Troopers attempted to stop the vehicle near Mile Marker 26. However, the vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit was initiated. On two occasions, the stolen vehicle hit State Police vehicles in the course of the pursuit.
The stolen Honda CRV continued traveling northbound on the shoulder of 1-95 Southbound for a brief period. However, all four occupants abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot near Frankford Creek. After searching the area, all four occupants were found by troopers and charged, authorities said.
There were no injuries to the occupants of the stolen vehicle and a trooper sustained a minor injury.
Arrested were Johanse Sencion-Bautista 18, Fredi Montijo-Rivera, 20, and Jailene Montijo, 22, all of Philadelphia. One apparent minor was also arrested. The three adults were arraigned on theft/fleeing related felony offenses. Bautista, the apparent driver, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault by vehicle. His bail was set at 10 percent of $500,000.00. His accomplices all have bail set at 10 percent of $100,000.00.
