The Levittown man whose mother promised her son’s name would be cleared agreed to plead guilty to four summary fighting-harassment offenses with the district attorney’s office who dropped strangulation and assault charges as part of a deal announced last week.
Judge Wallace H. Bateman Jr. sentenced Jordon Lock, to 90 days of probation on fighting and harassment summary offenses at a Thursday sentencing hearing at the Justice Center in Doylestown.
Lock was arrested and charged in March after attending a party with his now ex-girlfriend. He was upset and angered that she spent most of her time at the party with a close friend instead of him. This led him to lash out and attack her police wrote in the criminal complaint
Once the couple was alone in Lock’s white Subaru at just after 2 am a verbal altercation between the two erupted the victim told police with the suspect choking and pummeling her.
She was choked, called a whore, and he threatened to kill her, she told police, and almost blacked out.
Subsequent to Lock’s March arrest his mother Jodi-Marie contacted Lower Bucks Source threatening legal action. She also intimated that the victim was at fault and that her son would be cleared.
“So I’m sure after he goes to court and the video picture and eyewitness testimony is presented you will then write an article on his behalf?! Highly doubtful. This is a 1 sided story! F**king disgusting” Lock’s mother said in March.
Friends of Lock and the young woman who was attacked had heated exchanges on the Lower Bucks Source Meta page.
One commenter posted a picture they say was taken after Lock fought with the victim.

Judge Bateman ordered Lock attend to anger management classes; have no contact with the victim; pay court costs, ironically on the last day of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
