Falls Township police announced the arrest of a fugitive from justice wanted by New Jersey authorities on multiple counts of sexually assaulting a minor, sodomy, and slew of related sex offenses.
On Friday, January 16, at approximately 8:40 AM, the Falls Township Police Department, with the assistance of the Bucks County South SWAT Team, took Sean Flohr into custody without incident, after he exited his residence and walked toward the street.
Flohr was wanted by Gloucester County authorities he was preliminarily arraigned for being a fugitive from justice by Judge Galloway and remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $2,000,000.00 10% cash bail, Lt Chris Clark said.

According to the 16 page arrest warrant filed by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit received a Cybertip notification pertaining to a minor victim who posted a comment / question via social media platform – Reddit inquiring for assistance as the minor victim had planned to meet a 31 year old adult male to engage in sexual intercourse.
Due to the Cybertip, authorities were able to identify the minor victim and the alleged suspect Flohr.
Investigators made contact with the minor victim’s guardian, at her place of employment, to advise of the concerned post. A short time later, the minor victim ultimately contacted 911 Harrison Township Police advise an adult male had just left her residence and they engaged in sexual intercourse, prosecutors said in court papers.

Harrison Township Police arrived at the residence and spoke with the minor victim who confirmed an adult male named “Dean” arrived at her residence and brought the following items: Taco Bell, a sex toy, lubricant, and condoms to engage in sexual intercourse. The minor victim was transported to Jefferson Medical Center for a SAFE exam, authorities said. Her guardian, according to police, consented to the search of the minor victim’s cellular telephone to obtain further evidence based on the minor victim and defendants’ communication.
Prosecutors, according to the probable cause conducted a Child Forensic Interview (C.F.I.) with the minor victim in which she disclosed that “Dean” (suspect Flohr) made contact with the minor victim on Reddit and eventually transitioned to Discord. The minor victim said she was directed to capture pictures and videos of her nude and to send same to the suspect. She ultimately agreed to meet at the minor victim’s residence, investigators said.
The victim advised she was forced to perform fellatio on the defendant (twice). She also told police Flohr digitally penetrated her and utilized the sex toy to penetrate her. The minor victim advised the Flohr rubbed his penis (skin to skin) over top of her vagina and tried to penetrate her, but was unable to do.
Flohr, after the encounter proceeded to cut the minor victims wrist in some kind of symbolic marking of her.
Authorities seized of one or more cellphones, computers or similar electronic devices, court records show.

New Jersey and Falls Twp investigators were sifting through a home, with a K9 assist at one point, and a vehicle on the 2o block of Burning Bush Lane for several hours this morning.
Authorities, according to tipsters, arrived in the area around 6:30 a.m.
A police source not authorized to speak to the media said, New Jersey law enforcement officials are leading the probe.

At 8:41 a.m. this morning tipsters alerted Lower Bucks Source to the “heavy police presence” which also included Bucks County South Central Emergency Response Team (SWAT), they said.
Neighbors nearby reported seeing a suspect in handcuffs but could not provide more specific details or a description. Other neighbors nearby reported hearing apparent flashbangs used before entering the Burning Bush Lane residence and taking the unidentified suspect into custody.

Investigators on site wore black jackets that simply read “Police” on them so it still remains unclear what New Jersey law enforcement agency is conducting the inquiry.
Authorities on scene remained tight lipped as to the nature of the investigation but suggested this news organization contact Falls Twp Police. Falls authorities, as of 11:30 a.m.,. have declined to respond to requests for information.
