Just in: Langhorne Man Charged in Drive- by Shooting



A Langhorne man is charged with aggravated assault and related offense for Sunday’s drive-by shooting on Buttonwood Lane in the Levittown section of Falls Township
Jason Brennan, 25 was arraigned at 4 am by On-Call District Justice Daniel Finello early Monday morning jailed on 10 percent of $300,00,00. bail.



Witness accounts say Falls Police arrested Brennan outside of his home shortly after the shooting which caused one non-life threatening injury to one victim.
Investigators closed down the quiet residential street collecting what appeared to be shell casing evidence throughout the evening in front of a home and its driveway on Buttonwood Lane.
One witness who asked to remain anonymous told Lower Bucks Source the man injured also had a gun and returned fire.
Information about what led up to the shooting has not be released by Falls authorities as of post time.
Brennan is currently scheduled for a May preliminary hearing date in Falls District Court
