A 14 year-old is dead on Tuesday, as part of a triple shooting, Bensalem Police said in a press release issued moments ago.

A 14-year-old victim was pronounced dead at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, police say.

A source at the scene of the shooting said the 14 year-old victim was shot in the neck, however police did not confirm or deny that report.

The two other victims sustained gunshot wounds to their lower  extremities, police said  One was treated and released the second is listed in stable condition.

“Notifications  have been made to the family members of the victims and their identities are not being released by police at this time,” authorities say.

The shots were fired from a vehicle that was parked at Woodbine Avenue and Bristol Pike, police say.

After the shooting, the vehicle then fled the scene at a high rate of speed northbound on Bristol Pike. Information about the vehicle is forthcoming, authorities say.

A review of online court records show no homicide related charges were filed by Bensalem Police Wednesday morning.

Bensalem authorities put extra patrols on Monday and Tuesday nights anticipating mischief, not a triple -shooting like they are late tonight.

Police responded to a call of a fight involving a large group of juveniles at 7:35 p.m. on Halloween night. The call was upgraded to a shooting while en route to the scene at 2600 Bristol Pike at Woodbine Avenue.

When police arrived, they found three victims with gunshot wounds.  All three were transported to Jefferson Torresdale for treatment, police said and their conditions remain unknown as of publication time.

Police say there was a single shooter and he fled the scene, in a vehicle north on Bristol Pike with no description given at this time.

A tipster told Lower Bucks Source they saw something fly out a passenger  side —“like it was thrown” window of a dark colored “sporty looking car” moments after speeding away from Napoli’s Pizza. Authorities haven’t confirmed or denied the witness’s account.

Police are urging  residents to stay away from the area as there is active investigation ongoing.

“This is an ongoing investigation, and they will release more details as they become available” Bensalem Public Safety spokesperson said.
