Bensalem police have arrested a man illegally in the United States for sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl, authorities say.
According to a press release from Bensalem PD, on Sunday June 28 at 5:49 am, they responded to Knights Inn, located on 2707 Lincoln Highway to conduct a welfare check.
Info had been revealed that a 15 year old from Philadelphia had met an unknown man the previous day and was now at the Knights Inn with him.
Police had located the vehicle the female was believed to have been picked up in parked outside of one of the motel rooms.
Police had made contact with the 15 year old who was inside the room with 30 year- old Jurabek Musinov of Brooklyn, New York.
An investigation revealed that Musinov had met the juvenile at a Walmart in Philadelphia the night before.
Inside the store the two exchanged Instagram username information and started contacting each other immediately over social media.

At 1 am, Musinov would pick up the juvenile near her home and perform sexual acts on her at the Knights Inn.
Musinov was charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, involuntary deviate sexual intercouse , aggravated indecent assault , and corruption of minors.
Musinov was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Daniel Baranoski, who set Musinov’s bail at 10% of $150,000.00. Musinov was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
While Musinov was in police custody, Bensalem Police received an immigration detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after it was determined that he was in the United States illegally.
