Early Morning Fire Tears Through Strip Mall, Destroying Popular Bar & Grill, Barber Shop, Take Out Express

A  two -alarm fire ripped through a Bensalem strip mall in the Andalusia section of the township destroying a popular bar and grill Thursday morning.

Details are scant so far as fire officials were still on scene 900 block of Bristol Pike.

Fire crews and first responders were dispatched to 971 Bristol Pike,  home to the Andalusia Bar and Grill with reports of flames showing from the roof of a two-story structure at 4:40 a.m.

A woman living behind the strip mall – River Crossing Apartments- said she had her windows open  as first responders arrived on scene which is why she woke up to see the streets lined with fire trucks and equipment.

At approximately 5:10 a.m. the fire was placed according to first responders sources at the fire site. A Metaverse commenter said the the bar and grill is “no more.”

As of 6:30 a.m. no injuries were reported. Updates as new information becomes available.
